Comedian Park Na-rae directly addressed the extent of her ex-boyfriend's role and involvement regarding allegations of embezzlement·corporate management·agreement controversy, drawing attention.
Park Na-rae recently, in an interview with Ilgan Sports, directly disclosed her ex-boyfriend's practical role and explained the embezzlement suspicions. She said, "The accounting team only handled tax matters, and the practical work such as book keeping and grants contracts was handled by my ex-boyfriend," and added, "He majored in business administration and studied accounting, and he was deeply involved in company matters such as reviewing contracts."
However, the former manager promptly rebutted. In an interview with Xports News, the former manager said, "Contrary to the claim that he majored in business administration, I understand he actually attended for one semester and dropped out a long time ago," and argued, "I find it difficult to agree with explanations that assume expertise."
Battles over corporate management and use of funds are also continuing. Park Na-rae explained the allegations about corporate fund use, but the former manager countered, "Personal expenditures such as gifts for the ex-boyfriend were repeatedly processed using corporate funds." He added, "When I met a new accountant after leaving the former agency, the same criticism was raised, but the situation did not change."
