The group ENHYPEN proved solid "album power" in the United States just one day before their comeback.
According to Luminate, a U.S. entertainment industry data research firm, in its 2025 annual report released on the 14th (local time), ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Ni-ki)'s mini 6th album "DESIRE : UNLEASH" sold 261,000 copies locally (based on single album physical CD) and ranked No. 4 in the U.S. Top CD Albums category.
It is the second-highest ranking among K-pop artists who entered that chart. In addition, ENHYPEN reaffirmed its strong influence locally by maintaining a top position for two consecutive years after placing third in that category last year with their second full-length album "ROMANCE : UNTOLD."
ENHYPEN had a brilliant year in the United States. They took the stage at the U.S.'s biggest music festival, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, unleashing powerful energy and drawing explosive responses. ENHYPEN was the fifth-most mentioned among the entire lineup on X (formerly Twitter), becoming a major topic on social media. Then in August, their world tour "ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'WALK THE LINE'" sold out all U.S. shows.
ENHYPEN will release their mini 7th album "THE SIN : VANISH" at 2 p.m. on the 16th. "THE SIN : VANISH" is a "concept album" in which every track, lyric and sound are intricately connected, and it is expected to convey more vividly the story of lovers who broke the taboo of a society where humans and vampires coexist and fled for love.
