Annie, a member of the mixed group ALLDAY PROJECT (abbreviated ALLDEF), will return to Columbia University.
Annie posted a heartfelt message to fans on ALLDAY PROJECT's exclusive communication platform on the 14th about her return to university.
She first apologized to fans who learned about her return from that morning's articles, saying, I should have told you first, but I didn't expect an article to come out so suddenly. She added, To answer questions one by one starting with those you might be curious about, I heard last year at the beginning of the year that my leave of absence couldn't be extended any further, so I told the members and the company in advance and made the decision.
Annie also emphasized, I only have one semester left. I worked hard before and earned a lot of credits, so if I attend for just one semester I'll graduate, and asked fans to wait, saying, It's until early May, so about three and a half months.
She went on, I'm going to attend school diligently during that time, I'll do a lot of music work in the U.S., and I'll have frequent days off, so don't worry too much, and raised expectations by saying, Even if I leave on weekends, because of schedules I have to come to Korea almost once or twice a month.
Finally, Annie added, I'm really sorry I couldn't tell Day Ones first. Still, when I graduate I hope you'll feel proud. I'll miss you a lot.
ALLDAY PROJECT is a mixed group produced by Teddy, a producer who was once part of 1TYM. Annie, the group's eldest member, drew further attention as the eldest daughter of Chung Yoo-kyung, chairwoman of Shinsegae. She entered Columbia University to persuade Chung Yoo-kyung, who said that to debut as an idol one must be accepted to one of the Ivy League schools, to allow her to debut. Annie is reported to be majoring in art history and visual arts at Columbia University.

Day Ones, were you very surprised?
I should have told you first, but I didn't expect an article to come out so suddenly ㅠㅠ
To answer the things you might be curious about one by one…
I heard at the beginning of last year that my leave of absence could not be extended any further, so I informed the members and the company in advance and we decided.
And I only have exactly one semester left!
I worked hard before and earned a lot of credits, so if I attend for just one semester I'll graduate.
It's until early May, so about three and a half months… will you wait for me?
During that time I'll attend school diligently, do a lot of music work in the U.S., and have frequent days off, so don't worry too much.
And actually… even if I leave on weekends, because of schedules I have to come to Korea almost once or twice a month haha
I'm really sorry I couldn't tell Day Ones first. Still, when I graduate I hope you'll feel proud of me, okay?
I'll miss you a lot.<
