ENHYPEN will carry out a special campaign that lets fans experience the vampire narrative from mini album 7 THE SIN : VANISH in real life.
ENHYPEN (Jeongwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Niki) posted a blood donation campaign notice today (14) at 2 p.m. on the global superfans platform Weverse in collaboration with the Korean Red Cross.
According to the notice, the blood donation campaign will run at various locations across Seoul from the 16th to the 25th. Special commemorative gifts will be given to those who complete whole blood or platelet donations at three Blood Donation Centers (Sinchon Center, Gangnam Station Center, Seongsu Center) and on blood donation buses. Blood donation buses will be placed at key hubs where ENGENE (fandom name) gathers, such as Korea University where the THE SIN : VANISH release fan showcase will be held, HYBE Yongsan headquarters, and near several broadcasting stations.
This blood donation campaign is part of an MOU recently signed by Belift Lab Inc. and the Korean Red Cross to spread a culture of sharing. It is especially interesting that ENHYPEN, the campaign's core, has used the vampire motif in their album storytelling since their debut. The narrative of the new record THE SIN : VANISH, set in a society where humans and vampires coexist, naturally ties in with the theme of blood donation, drawing attention to an unusual collaboration that crosses the album and reality.
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN will release mini album 7 THE SIN : VANISH at 2 p.m. on the 16th. The new record is a concept album tightly woven around a single theme with a total of 11 tracks: six songs including the title track Knife, four narrations, and one skit (SKIT·dramatic scene). The story unfolds using the format of an investigative reporting program Mystery Show that traces the unprecedented escape case of a vampire lover.
