Broadcaster Shin Jung-hwan addressed past controversy over prison autograph.
On the 14th, a new video was released on the YouTube channel "Noppakku Tak Jae-Hoon" under the title "Shin Jung-hwan, the icon of self-restraint who would rather die than wear a Moncler parka even in a crazy cold wave."
That day Shin Jung-hwan recalled the prison autograph controversy, saying, "One of the correctional officers was a fan of Rulla. I gave him a D.V. Deep in front of that person once," he recalled. When Tak Jae-Hoon asked, "How did you feel when you signed? Did you think you were still alive?", Shin Jung-hwan said, "No. I thought I was trapped," he confessed.
Shin Jung-hwan added, "Would you be alive? If it were you? If it were hyung? I was frozen and trapped. There was nowhere to go. I could only leave if they opened the door. The food came in this small amount."
As the past stories continued, Shin Jung-hwan said, "Let's talk about something more fun and exciting.." and revealed, "When will the Country KkoKko concert be held? Don't do only solo shows; for now I won't do 5:5. I'll give more. I'll go up to 8:2." Tak Jae-Hoon responded, "That sounds like a good stance. If you phrase it well, I'd do it even as is," showing interest.
Meanwhile, Shin Jung-hwan caused controversy in 2011 when he gave a handwritten autograph to the child of a correctional officer while imprisoned on gambling charges. At the time, Shin Jung-hwan had been sentenced to eight months in prison by the Seoul Central District Court and was serving his sentence.
