According to HYBE Music Group label PLEDIS Entertainment Co., a pop-up celebrating the release of Dokyeom X Seungkwan's mini 1st album 'Soya-gok' will be operated from the 13th to the 20th for eight days on basement level 1 of Avenue L at Lotte Department Store Jamsil in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
The pop-up greeted visitors with a variety of attractions. In addition to highly practical merch such as disposable cameras, mugs, gloves and blankets, there is a photo zone for commemorative photos and a listening zone where some of the new song can be heard.
The scent of 'Blue' is deeply soaked throughout the store. In addition to the official 'Soya-gok' photo hung on the wall, a structure shaped like a love letter also exudes a wistful atmosphere. As a result, the pop-up was crowded with visitors who arrived early. Long queues formed even before the store opened, and each space, including the photo zone and listening zone, was bustling with fans' footsteps. Dokyeom X Seungkwan collaborated with various brands so that the mood of 'Blue' can be enjoyed in daily life. Starting today, their portraits can be found in photo frames at 816 Photoism stores in 28 countries/regions worldwide. Some stores in Seoul, Busan, Daejeon and Jeju will be wrapped in the design of 'Soya-gok'. Korean dessert cafe Sulbing will release a collaboration menu inspired by the new record on the 15th.
Dokyeom X Seungkwan are receiving praise that 'they showed the essence of winter ballad' with 'Blue' and are performing well on domestic and international music charts. The song hit No. 1 on the Bugs real-time chart the day it was released and also entered Melon 'Top 100', Genie real-time chart, and YouTube Music's 'Rising Hot Tracks' rankings. The two will perform the new song starting on the 15th on Mnet 'M Countdown', followed by KBS2 'MUSIC BANK' on the 16th and SBS 'Inkigayo' on the 18th.
