On the 14th at 7 a.m., episode 14-1 of "Love Intervention: Men and Women" will be released on the KBS Joy official YouTube channel.
In episode 14-1, announcer Choi Seo-im and film actor Byun Jin-soo appear as guests and, appearing as guests, jointly handle the stories.
The broadcast introduces the worries of a storyteller who is a soon-to-be-married couple with a 30-year-old boyfriend and a four-year age gap. The storyteller confesses that, unlike when they were dating, her boyfriend's attitude noticeably changed after they promised to marry.
In the story, when the storyteller said she was tired, the boyfriend began jokingly mentioning age, saying, "It's because of your age, nuna," and "I'm not tired at all." He repeatedly used the form of address "nuna," which he normally did not use, and during wedding preparations he upset the storyteller with remarks such as "let's go to only one dress tour" and "you have an age, you might get tired quickly."
Eventually he continued with crossing-the-line remarks like "women are said to have late births starting at 35" and "I'm the only one who looks after nuna's late birth," then stormed out when the storyteller rebutted. The storyteller confessed her confusion, saying, "He started acting like a real child beyond a joke."
When Kim Min-jung asked about thoughts on age in love after hearing the story, Byun Jin-soo joked, "What does age matter?" adding, "Honestly, for comfort it's fine up to 50, and below that, what's my opinion worth?" which drew laughs. When Choi Seo-im asked, "You couldn't be handcuffed, could you?" Byun Jin-soo, embarrassed, replied, "Are you going that far?" turning the set into a sea of laughter.
