In this episode, 'endsirty' Ahn Jaehyeon, a representative 'marriage-ready single man' of the entertainment industry, and 'young forty' Kim Dae-ho set out to look at homes of single men in their 30s. The two personally inspect homes in Seoul that can be found within Korea's 30s average net worth budget of '2억 5천만 원대' and examine the various housing types of single men in their 30s, who are in the most active period of economic activity and harbor different romantic ideals such as marriage and hobbies.
First, Ahn Jaehyeon, who appeared in the studio, reveals an unexpected connection with Joo Woo-jae, who, like him, started as a model and is thriving on variety shows. Joo Woo-jae praised his popularity at the time, saying, "When he was a model, I couldn't even look at Jaehyeon," and "He was a top model who decorated starts and finales." Meanwhile, when frail charms were mentioned as a common trait between the two, a subtle battle of nerves unfolded, culminating in a surprise arm-wrestling match. The first inspected property was an old multi-family house's jeonse home remodeled for about 10 million won. In contrast, Ahn Jaehyeon questioned, "It's a jeonse home, so why spend that money on interior design?", while Kim Dae-ho expressed the opposite view, saying, "It's a reasonably priced amount," and "It raises life satisfaction."
While looking around the house, Kim Dae-ho discovered a terrarium made by directly remodeling a cabinet and showed deep interest as someone with the same hobby. Ahn Jaehyeon, too, was astonished at the cute props, premium liquor and various kitchenware, saying, "It's hard to believe a man lives alone," unable to hide his surprise.
