SF9 Inseong released portions of the audio for every track from his first solo album.
The agency FNC Entertainment Co. on the 13th posted a Highlight medley video of Inseong's mini 1st album "Crossfade:" on its official social media.
In the video, Inseong captivates viewers by delicately conveying the songs' moods with varied expressions and narrative-filled eyes. The transition from black-and-white to color heightens expectations for the musical colors he will reveal through this album.
The title track "Mute is Off" is a self-composed song Inseong presents for the first time; it is a rock ballad built on a plaintive vocal and dramatic band sound. Since he participated directly in the lyrics and composition, he conveys his inner self and emotions with a sincere voice.
Also included are five tracks in total: "Manchanga," which showcases Inseong's soft yet solid vocals; "Sarangharyeoneun Jung," which expresses the flutter of falling in love like spring flowers blooming; "Nega Muldeun Gieok," which blends diverse band sounds with explosive high notes; and "Neon Geuttae Geogi, Nan Jigeum Yeogi," which tells the story of lovers who have gone separate ways.
Meanwhile, Inseong will release the mini 1st album "Crossfade:" via various music sites tomorrow (the 14th) at 6 p.m. and unveil the music video for the title track "Mute is Off." He will then hold a mini live, appear at festivals and begin full-fledged solo activities.
