On her 28th debut anniversary, Yangpa closed the final page of her nationwide tour "Homecoming."
Yangpa successfully concluded the nationwide tour concert "Homecoming" with the performance held at Daegu Suseong Artpia on the 10th. The tour, which started in Seoul and continued to Daejeon·Incheon·Busan·Daegu, was the first nationwide tour in 27 years and, as a large-scale project that linked music and stage since the release of full-length album 6 Part.1 "Homecoming," added further significance.
From the planning stage of the overall nationwide tour, Yangpa personally participated in and carefully led AI video production and direction, stage composition, and the setlist. In this performance, she presented an immersive stage centered on representative songs loved for a long time since her debut, such as "Aesongiui Sarang," "Da Alayo," "Aeibulbi," "Sarang…geuge mwonde," and "Geudaereul Algo," as well as "Like watering a withered flower" and the "Never Ending Story" stage that drew attention on MBC's Masked Singer, and a cover of "Golden." She also naturally placed the full-length album 6 Part.1 title track "Siganui Galpi" and album tracks "Homecoming" and "Seoul (Acoustic Ver.)" to overlap the musical trajectory from her debut to the present on one stage.
With a setlist structure that connects the past and present, Yangpa convincingly completed the performance concept called "time machine," and clearly proved on stage that 28 years of musical journey is still in the present tense.
Also, a real-time communication corner using LED QR codes and Yangpa's candid speaking style expanded the concert into a space for both performance and conversation. Toward the end of the show, "Aesongiui Sarang," "In December," and "Missing You" continued as encores, completing the narrative with fans who had shared the long journey.
By successfully concluding the nationwide tour "Homecoming," Yangpa has, through activities for full-length album 6 Part.1 released last November, made clear her path as an artist in progress. Even at the point of her 28th debut anniversary, she continues music creation and stage activities without rest and has begun preparations for the next chapter.
She released the OST "Backside" for the tvN weekend drama PROBONO and, through appearances on various music programs and YouTube channels, has also shown her sense of variety. She is currently fully engaged in work on full-length album 6 Part.2 to be released this fall, and a meeting with a Hong Kong management company is also scheduled to target the Asian market, accelerating her global moves.<
