Seventeen member Joshua walked the red carpet at the Golden Globes, a prestigious American film and drama awards ceremony.
Joshua attended the 83rd Golden Globes on the 11th (local time) in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles (LA), California. The organizers invited him through a partnership with Lexus. Joshua appeared at the ceremony, which was attended by global top stars such as actor Lee Byung-hun, Ariana Grande and Timothée Chalamet, showcasing his high global stature.
That day Joshua radiated a dazzling aura wearing an all-black suit with flamboyant accessories. The relaxed, gentle side of him drew a barrage of camera flashes. Local media interest was also high. Prominent outlets such as The Associated Press, Billboard, Variety and USA Today vied to interview Joshua. Teen Vogue, MTV and Deadline also sought news of his Golden Globes appearance.
Through his agency PLEDIS Entertainment Co., Joshua said, "I am honored to attend the 83rd Golden Globes. I received new stimulation and a lot of inspiration thanks to it," and added, "I will continue to work hard so I can show good things this year through various activities."
Joshua is showing his versatility by active pursuits both as a member of SEVENTEEN and as an individual. Last year he released in succession the collaborations with external artists "Love Is Gone (with JOSHUA of SEVENTEEN)" and "So Many Roads," and he has graced fashion magazine covers several times. He also represented the team and delivered a speech at the UNESCO youth goodwill ambassador appointment ceremony and received a certificate of appreciation from the LA City Council, demonstrating his presence on the global stage.
