On the Jan. 11 broadcast of My Little Old Boy, singer Cho Hyun-a drew attention by revealing her exceptional financial technology skills and investment philosophy.

Kim Jongmin praised Cho Hyun-a, saying, "She is almost a semi-expert in real estate and investment." He added, "In the past, Cho Hyun-a managed a friend's money in stocks and delivered more than triple returns," which caused a stir in the studio. Cho Hyun-a said, "In 2016 I took a taxi, went the wrong way and passed through Geumho-dong; the location and infrastructure looked good, so I bought a house," and added, "Now it's gone up about 10 times," which surprised listeners.
