That day Heo Yeong-man and Kim Min-kyung visited a rabbit-specialty restaurant located in Petit Champlain, a little France within the village of Quebec City. First an appetizer appeared. A dish made of local ingredients was served, including smoked salmon and cheese mousse, rabbit breast and rabbit meat croquettes, and smoked duck breast.
After tasting rabbit for the first time in her life, Kim Min-kyung said, "It's delicious? I like this. It tastes like tuna," and regarding the rabbit meat croquette, Heo Yeong-man praised, "It's crispy on the outside and moist inside. They shaped it into a ball like a meatball and when frying it they lightly fried only the outside so that the inside remained unaffected and stayed moist."
