Broadcaster Jun Hyun-moo clarified rumors of "60 billion won in assets."
On the 11th episode of KBS2's "The CEO's Ears Are Donkey Ears," boss Um Ji-in visited the home of announcer Park Cheol-gyu, who co-hosts KBS' "Morning Yard," to provide mentoring.
That day Um Ji-in said, "All the people I've mentored have all secured good positions," and added, "Announcer Park Cheol-gyu, who co-hosts 'Morning Yard' with me, also needs my mentoring," once again showing high self-esteem unchanged in the new year.
Despite being a weekend couple between Busan and Seoul, announcer Park Cheol-gyu caught attention with a spotless, simple-looking home. However, he, who is about to become a father, said he is looking for a home in Seoul to live with his family.
In response, boss Um Ji-in went to scout residences near his workplace for announcer Park Cheol-gyu, who is about to become a father. They found a modern 55-pyeong APT., and the sale price was revealed to be in the 7 billion-won range, sparking surprise.
Upon hearing this, announcer Kim Jin-woong said, "I saw an article about Hyun-moo hyung. It said he has 60 billion. I think it's much more than that," mentioning rumors about Jun Hyun-moo's wealth.
Then Jun Hyun-moo protested, "I don't know what standard that came from, but I'll say one thing. If I had 60 billion won, I wouldn't work this hard. It's a joke."
Kim Sook also added, "Like the 2 trillion won rumor about Seo Jang-hoon. It's something people vaguely believe," but Park Myung Soo said, "I think Jun Hyun-moo's 60 billion won is correct," drawing laughter. Jun Hyun-moo again explained, "It's ridiculous. It's out of the question."
