Creator Gamst is starting anew with a YouTuber 10 years younger after breaking up with Ttubap.
Gamst announced his relationship with Gi Raemin in a video he released on his YouTube channel on the 8th.
Gamst and Gi Raemin are reported to have first met through a broadcast on Nov. 25, 2024, and Gi Raemin said, "When I was in high school you came to Daejeon and I was a fan. I went to the seolleongtang restaurant where Gamst was and took a photo," expressing her fandom. Gamst precisely remembered, "The fan who came when Choi Seong Kook's gukbap restaurant was visited."
Gamst named "a kind woman who drives well and has fair skin" as his ideal type and praised Gi Raemin, saying, "That person really works hard." Gi Raemin mentioned her ideal type as "a tidy person, someone with a good heart," and colleagues present pointed to Gamst as matching that ideal.
Afterwards, Gamst and Gi Raemin developed into a romantic relationship. In the released video showing them on dates, Gamst said, "The truth is we're dating. I thought a lot about revealing it, but we've been seeing each other for a long time and we've built trust in one another, so we decided to make the relationship official."
Gi Raemin also said, "Hiding it felt suffocating, and we wanted to confidently show ourselves and share entertaining moments, and because we're really serious and seeing each other well."
This new start for Gamst comes after his engagement to and breakup with Ttubap, a reconciliation, and a final split. Gamst announced his relationship with Ttubap in Jan. 2022 and planned to marry in June 2024. However, they suddenly broke up in Mar. 2024 three months before the wedding, reconciled, and then said they completely split a month later.
