Actor Im Hyeong-jun said that Kim Su-yong had breathing at the time of death after cardiac arrest.
On the 11th, the YouTube channel Jodongari posted the video 'That day: Kim Su-yong, who had a second cardiac arrest in the ambulance | Moments like miracles: the untold story of "that day" final [Jodongari episode 74]'.
On that day Im Hyeong-jun recalled the moment Kim Su-yong collapsed from cardiac arrest and described the situation in detail.
He said, "I was so scared when hyung collapsed. I acted instinctively and performed CPR, and Sook opened hyung's mouth and put medicine in."
He continued, "About 7 to 8 minutes later 119 arrived, and when I asked 'What should we do' they calmly said 'Keep doing it.' Then they used a professional machine, but at some point hyung showed no movement," and added, "There was no movement, and then about 15 minutes later suddenly his stomach heaved like this. So I asked if he was okay, if he had returned, and they said 'this is agonal breathing.' So I thought he was now passing away."
Im Hyeong-jun said, "They said they used a defibrillator a total of 11 times. Seven times on the scene and four more times in the ambulance. That's how he came back to life," and Kim Su-yong explained, "Usually you come back by the fourth or fifth shock from a defibrillator; if it's more than five times it's almost meaningless."
In response Kim Yong Man said, "The chances of survival were almost zero, but he came back after four more shocks at the end."
Meanwhile, last November Kim Su-yong suddenly lost consciousness and collapsed while filming YouTube content in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province. Colleagues and staff at the scene immediately provided emergency care, and the dispatched fire emergency team performed CPR and urgently transported him to Guri Hanyang University Hospital.
Thanks to their emergency care, Kim Su-yong, who regained breathing and consciousness, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and successfully underwent angioplasty. In particular, it was revealed that at the time he collapsed Im Hyeong-jun, Kim Sook and Kim Sook's manager performed CPR, secured the airway, and called 119, which moved many people.
