Model Yano Shiho's professional face captures attention.
Yano Shiho graced the February issue fashion pictorial of WWD KOREA.
Having worked as a top model for a long time, Yano Shiho has consistently been mentioned as a wellness role model that contemporary women want to emulate. The MBC entertainment show Omniscient Interfering View was also filming at this shoot, and her daughter Choo Sarang, who has shown interest in becoming a fashion model, accompanied her, drawing attention.
This fashion pictorial visually explored the keyword wellness centered on lightweight padding. The padding, with its lively volume and refined silhouette, harmonizes with Yano Shiho's characteristic calm energy, and through styling that balances functionality and minimal aesthetics, it proposes an elegant and sophisticated winter lifestyle.
In a subsequent interview, Yano Shiho defined wellness as "a state of living as a person who is good to both oneself and others." She said that doing one's best in everything without exceeding what one can handle, and making choices that do not overextend oneself between work, relationships and daily life, is the most realistic wellness for her now.
Regarding her daughter Sarang showing interest in the profession of modeling, she maintained a cautious and calm perspective. She said, "For now, time existing as 'me' is more important than setting a goal," and added, "But whatever she chooses, having an attitude of taking 120% responsibility for that work is important." The passage conveys both a mother's affection and a senior model's professional perspective.
