Monsta X's Juheon and Park Myung Soo exchanged a lively back-and-forth.
On the 11th, KBS CoolFM's 'Park Myung Soo's Radio Show' segment '11 a.m. my hometown' arranged a phone connection between Monsta X's Juheon and Park Myung Soo.
Juheon said, "I sent you New Year's greetings, but you must have been very busy," expressing regret. In response, Park Myung Soo said, "I sent a heart. How could you not reply?" and countered, "I contacted you because I had an opportunity to work together, but didn't you say you wouldn't do it?" Juheon showed a special closeness, saying, "As expected, you're different. I love you so much."
About a year after his discharge, when Juheon joked, "I haven't been able to find my place," Park Myung Soo said, "Juheon has a good sense. I think he'll firmly find his place in variety shows. Juheon and Boo Seung Kwan are really good at variety. I've kept them in my heart to work with later. I haven't found my place yet either, but if I build my own line later, I'll call you," he said.
On the 5th, Juheon released '光 (INSANITY)' on various music sites. The album, for which Juheon participated in writing and composing all the tracks and which realizes in music the moment when "madness (狂)" and "light (光)" merge, captures the process in which the impulse of the young man who first took hold of music and the weight of the artist who had to take responsibility for the light on stage come together into one "light."
Regarding the show's official question that day, "a Korean gift you would like to give a foreign friend," Juheon said, "I would like to give a ticket to see Park Myung Soo's radio show. He's a world-class DJ; if he doesn't come here, it's not acceptable," and added, "I think performances and tickets are precious, and I want to give the opportunity to actually see Park Myung Soo."
Meanwhile, Juheon appeared at the '40th Golden Disc Awards with Upbit' held at Taipei Dome on the 10th.
