Online content creators Gamst and Giraemin confessed they are dating.
On the 8th, Gamst posted a video on his YouTube channel titled "Gamst♥Giraemin we are dating."
The video contained the story from Gamst and Giraemin's first meeting to the dating confession. Gamst named a "kind woman who drives well and has fair skin" as his ideal type, and said, "That person really worked hard. Giraemin did."
The two first met on the Nov. 25, 2024, broadcast. Giraemin revealed her fandom during the encounter with Gamst, saying, "When I was in high school I came to Daejeon. You were broadcasting then, and because I was a fan, I went to the seolleongtang restaurant where (Gamst was) and took a photo."
Gamst remembered the meeting with Giraemin. While looking at photos fans had sent, when he saw Giraemin he said, "That's the fan who came when Choi Seong Kook hyung went to the gukbap restaurant," recalling it exactly. Gamst was surprised to learn that the fan was Giraemin.
Giraemin said her ideal type was "a tidy person, someone with a good heart," and colleagues present pointed at Gamst. Afterwards, Gamst and Giraemin developed into a couple, and the video showed them enjoying dates.
Gamst explained the reason for going public with the relationship, saying, "As you saw in the title, we were actually seeing each other. We thought a lot about revealing it, but we have been together for a long time, and we have come to trust each other, so we decided to make the relationship official."
Giraemin said, "I really thought a lot about whether to reveal it or not, but hiding it felt suffocating, and I wanted to confidently show our selves and show entertaining sides, and because we are really serious and getting along well, I wanted to show that," and asked for support.
