Dex flexed 4,000,000 won at the I Live Alone rainbow bazaar.
On the 9th broadcast of MBC variety I Live Alone, Jun Hyun-moo, Kian84 and Code Kunst unveiled the scene of the "rainbow grand bazaar" they prepared together. The flea market-style event that day featured Kian84's close younger brother Dex appearing as the first guest, drawing attention.
Greeting Dex, who opened the bazaar's doors, Jun Hyun-moo handed him mini fish-shaped pastries baked in an oven and, with his trademark exaggerated lines used to promote things, said, "Dex's baking is so sexy." Dex responded with an embarrassed smile and naturally blended into the scene.
When Dex showed interest in the horseback-riding device, Jun Hyun-moo actively promoted its appeal, saying, "Sweat is pouring out from the muscles." Moving up to the second floor, Dex admired a display reminiscent of a curated shop, and in particular his attention was caught by Code Kunst's high-spec laptop and limited-edition stickers. When told the stickers were more expensive than the laptop, Jun Hyun-moo added, "You're taking home 30 million won," drawing laughs.
Dex, who had said he usually does not buy many things, seemed to sympathize with the donation purpose that day and, starting with clothes, chose a variety of items and in an instant emerged as the bazaar's big spender. He filled his arms with 11 pieces of clothing, 10 hats, and numerous items including a TV, a laptop and sunglasses, and the total purchase amount reached 3.76 million won. Dex received applause after saying, "Because it's for a good cause," and generously depositing 4,000,000 won.
Dex's activity that day helped lighten the atmosphere that could have become somewhat heavy after Park Narae's departure. Jun Hyun-moo's seasoned lead and Dex's frank, restrained responses combined to make the bazaar a space filled with laughter and response.
Meanwhile, Dex, a broadcaster who served in the UDT, gained recognition through the web variety show Fake Men and then was active in survival programs such as The Blood Game. He increased his public recognition through Single's Inferno 2 and recently has been expanding his activities to include acting as well as variety shows. <
