Model Kendall Jenner strongly denied the plastic surgery allegations surrounding her.
Kendall Jenner appeared on a podcast released on the 9th and directly refuted online speculation that she had extensive plastic surgery on her face. She said, "There are people on the internet who think I had my whole face reconstructed," and "I'm not trying to convince anyone, but to tell the truth, I have never had plastic surgery on my face. I did nothing at all," she said.
Kendall acknowledged only two procedures. She said she had "baby Botox" injected in her forehead twice and had PRP (autologous platelet-rich plasma) treatment using her own blood to regenerate her skin. But she emphasized, "That's all," and said there were no other procedures.
About Botox she said, "Honestly, I didn't love it. I considered doing it again, but I prefer natural," and explained, "My eyebrows are close to my eyes and straight, so it's actually better that the facial muscles move."
What made Kendall particularly angry was content on social media where doctors analyze whether celebrities had plastic surgery. She said, "When licensed doctors post videos on Instagram or TikTok analyzing every surgery I've had, I really find it harmful," and noted, "The same videos are made about friends who never had such procedures."
She added, "Young people seeing that might think, 'Do I have to do that to look like that?' and make extreme choices at too young an age. It's really scary," expressing concern.
Regarding nose surgery rumors, she admitted, "Honestly, when I look at old photos sometimes I think, 'Huh? My nose looks like it was operated on,'" but said there was a separate reason.
She explained it was because of the acne treatment Accutane. "There's a theory on TikTok that Accutane makes the nose smaller, and it's true. I felt that too," and said, "When I was younger my nose looked wider and bigger, but as I got older my face changed."
Kendall drew a firm line, saying, "I stake everything I love on this. I have never had nose surgery. I like my nose."
She had denied lip surgery rumors in 2017, and in 2022 she was once again the subject of speculation after a photo from sister Kourtney Kardashian's wedding made her lips appear fuller.
Meanwhile, the Kardashian-Jenner family has recently become increasingly open about cosmetic procedures. Their mother, Kris Jenner, said she had a second facelift in May 2024 and joked, "The only thing probably real on my face is my nose."

With most of the family disclosing cosmetic procedures, Kendall's claim that she "had only minimal procedures" is drawing more attention.
