Singer Song Ji-eun revealed a story about receiving permission to remarry from her husband Park Wi.
On the 10th, a short clip was posted on Park Wi's social account. Song Ji-eun said, "Oppa said something like that recently. He seriously said that if he dies first, I should remarry. I said I didn't like that," and brought it up sounding quite hurt.
In response, Park Wi laughed and said, "I didn't think about it deeply when I said it. You never know how or when a person will go, so if I disappear I meant don't let Ji-eun spend the rest of her life lonely," he said.
Then Song Ji-eun said, "If I die first, I told oppa not to remarry," which made people laugh.
Internet users reacted variously, saying, "They are a lovely couple," "Even between spouses, jokes about remarriage are a kind of adult humor said with a laugh," and "But if it were me, I'd probably want my spouse not to remarry."
Meanwhile, Song Ji-eun married YouTuber Park Wi in October last year.
