Culinary Class Wars' chef Anh Sung-jae warned the public to be cautious of ticket fraud targeting the restaurant he operates.
Anh Sung-jae posted on his social media on the 10th, along with a photo of the ticket, saying, "Mosu does not issue these kinds of tickets. I hope no one else becomes a victim."
The released photo contained a paper ticket with the name of the restaurant Anh Sung-jae runs. It attracted attention because it listed the date, dress code and even Anh Sung-jae's signature. However, it was revealed that this was not issued by Anh Sung-jae's restaurant. In response, Anh Sung-jae warned about scam victims and issued a direct statement.
Anh Sung-jae once ran the only Michelin Guide three-star fine dining restaurant in Korea, and he raised his public profile by serving as a judge alongside Paik Jong-won on the Netflix series Culinary Class Wars.
