The group ILLIT's side has declared legal action against the leak of flight information and stalking behavior.
On the morning of the 9th, ILLIT's agency Belift Lab Inc. posted a notice titled "Notice of strong response to artist flight information leaks and stalking behavior" on the fan community platform Weverse.
That day Belift Lab Inc. said, "Recently, acts of illegally obtaining personal information of ILLIT members and threatening their safety have crossed the line, so we will state Belift Lab Inc.'s position," and explained, "Recently, after ILLIT completed official overseas schedules, serious invasions of privacy occurred to some members who were handling personal schedules and returning to Korea."
They continued, "The company recognized signs of leaks of the artists' return information in advance and changed the departure airport and flight times shortly before their return to ensure the artists' safety. Nevertheless, many people had already obtained the artists' flight information and tracked the artists to the changed airport. They even went beyond trying to approach the artists to talk, pointing out whether they were wearing masks and demanding photos against the artists' will, threatening the members."
Belift Lab Inc. expressed great anger at these actions and said, "We view this matter seriously because the flight information changed that day was confidential information known only to the artists themselves and a very small number of associates, yet it was leaked in real time."
The agency said, "We have repeatedly stated that it is a very serious problem for others to illegally obtain personal information of our artists and appear at private schedules, and that we are taking legal action. Nevertheless, seeing incidents in which people tracked the artists' personal schedules in real time, appeared at the scene, attempted contact and threatened them, we judged that this has reached a level that can no longer be tolerated."
Belift Lab Inc. emphasized, "Accordingly, we have requested active cooperation from the relevant airlines to check information access histories and log records. In addition, we are continuously collecting evidence on stalkers who threaten the artists, and we make it clear that we will hold them strictly legally with a zero-tolerance policy, without any settlement or leniency."
Finally, the agency added, "Going forward, we will do our best to ensure that our artists can focus on activities in a safe environment. In particular, we reiterate that we will use any means necessary to protect the artists from stalking behavior, and we ask fans for active reports and cooperation."

Hello, this is Belift Lab Inc.
Recently, acts of illegally obtaining personal information of ILLIT members and threatening their safety have crossed the line, so we state Belift Lab Inc.'s position.
Recently, after ILLIT completed official overseas schedules, serious invasions of privacy occurred to some members who were handling personal schedules and returning to Korea. The company recognized signs of leaks of the artists' return information in advance and changed the departure airport and flight times shortly before their return to ensure the artists' safety. Nevertheless, many people had already obtained the artists' flight information and tracked the artists to the changed airport. They even went beyond trying to approach the artists to talk, pointing out whether they were wearing masks and demanding photos against the artists' will, threatening the members. We view this matter seriously because the flight information changed that day was confidential information known only to the artists themselves and a very small number of associates, yet it was leaked in real time.
We have repeatedly stated that it is a very serious problem for others to illegally obtain personal information of our artists and appear at private schedules, and that we are taking legal action. Nevertheless, seeing incidents in which people tracked the artists' personal schedules in real time, appeared at the scene, attempted contact and threatened them, we judged that this has reached a level that can no longer be tolerated. Accordingly, we requested active cooperation from the relevant airlines to check information access histories and log records. In addition, we are continuously collecting evidence on stalkers who threaten the artists, and we make it clear that we will hold them strictly legally with a zero-tolerance policy, without any settlement or leniency.
Going forward, we will do our best to ensure that our artists can focus on activities in a safe environment. In particular, we reiterate that we will use any means necessary to protect the artists from stalking behavior, and we ask fans for active reports and cooperation.<
