The group BTS demonstrated a powerful presence by being nominated in multiple categories at the U.S. 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards (iHeartRadio Music Awards 2026).
On the 8th (local time), the iHeartRadio Music Awards announced this year's nominees. Jin and J-Hope were both named nominees in the K-pop artist of the year (K-pop Artist Of The Year) category. J-Hope was nominated for K-pop song of the year (K-pop Song Of The Year) for his solo single Killin' It Girl (feat. GloRilla), and Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel) was included in the favorite K-pop collab (Favorite K-pop Collab) category. In addition, J-Hope was also named in the favorite TikTok dance (Favorite TikTok Dance) category for SPAGHETTI (feat. j-hope of BTS), which features his participation on MONA LISA, bringing his total to four categories in contention.
J-Hope continued global activities last year with a solo single project that included Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel), MONA LISA, and Killin' It Girl (feat. GloRilla). Having all three songs nominated at this awards show reaffirmed his standing as a solo artist. In particular, Killin' It Girl (feat. GloRilla) reached No. 40 on the U.S. Billboard main song chart Hot 100, marking J-Hope's highest solo-charting position to date. Jin also recorded a career high with his 2025 solo second album Echo. The album reached a career-high No. 3 on the Billboard 200, Billboard's main album chart.
The Disney+ original series 'Is this right?!', which depicts the unpredictable friendship trip of Jimin and Jungkook, was selected as a contender in the favorite on screen (Favorite On Screen) category. Following the first season last year, it was nominated again for season 2 and will vie for an award.
The iHeartRadio Music Awards is a music awards show hosted by the U.S. online radio broadcaster iHeartRadio since 2014. It selects the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the app over the past year. This year's ceremony will be held March 26 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and will be broadcast on FOX in the United States.
BTS placed 24 songs on Circle Chart's 2025 year-end Global K-pop Charts. The rankings reflected influence across group songs and solo tracks from every member.
