Actors Shin Mina and Kim Woo-bin are enjoying a restful honeymoon in Spain. However, as some local eyewitness accounts and photos spread online, calls have arisen that their privacy should be respected.
On the 6th, OSEN reported that the two, who recently became a married couple, chose Spain for their honeymoon and are spending a quiet time. Their agency AM Entertainment also said, "It is true that they left for a honeymoon in Spain," while taking a cautious stance, adding, "We cannot disclose the specific schedule."
Since then, posts and photos appeared on online communities and social media saying they had spotted Kim Woo-bin at a restaurant in the Los Cristianos area of Tenerife, Spain. The released images captured Kim Woo-bin in casual attire and a wedding ring, and some shots showed a person believed to be Shin Mina dining opposite him. A representative of the restaurant reportedly said, "The couple visited in person, and the atmosphere was warm."
However, because honeymoons are clearly a private matter, concerns are growing about sharing their movements and images from abroad along with photos. Online reactions included, "It is excessive to consume even a honeymoon with paparazzi-like eyewitness accounts," and, "Let them rest quietly; that's the real congratulations." One netizen noted, "Respect is needed for moments that are not public activities."
The two held their wedding on Dec. 20 last year at the Dynasty Hall of the Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul. The ceremony was hosted by actor Lee Kwangsoo, and the officiant was Venerable Beomnyun. Singer Car, the garden sang the congratulatory song, adding a warm atmosphere.
Kim Woo-bin and Shin Mina met while filming an advertisement in 2015, began dating publicly, and maintained their steadfast love for about 10 years. The two, who stayed by each other's side during Kim Woo-bin's battle with illness and built trust, have now embarked on a new start as a married couple.<
