Ha Hee-ra said, "I didn't know it right after the accident, but then pain slowly and gradually came from my back to my waist," and confessed, "Eventually my condition worsened and I couldn't walk for two years," shocking the cast.
She went on to say, "Even now, a disc is protruding out of my spine," revealing that she has been battling aftereffects even 30 years after the accident. Ha Hee-ra gets up 30 minutes earlier than others every morning to stretch, hang from the horizontal bar, and follows a routine of always taking protein before meals, and the reason for this routine is to overcome this pain.
