Country Kkokko's Shin Jeong-hwan and Tak Jae-Hoon reunited after eight years and promised another "spicy" talk.
On the 7th, a video titled "Son Dam-bi, Club nostalgia-sick Sul Dam-bi's abstinent life" was uploaded to the "Noppakku Tak Jae-Hoon" channel. That day singer and actor Son Dam-bi appeared as a guest and talked, and at the end of the video the guest for next week was previewed, drawing attention.
The person who appeared in the trailer was none other than Shin Jeong-hwan, who performed with Tak Jae-Hoon as Country Kkokko. Shin Jeong-hwan greeted the room saying "Hello, nice to meet you," and seeing him Tak Jae-Hoon kept his mouth tightly shut and tried to hold back laughter.
Then Shin Jeong-hwan performed a "self-destruct gag" saying "Did it... get caught again?", and in the end Tak Jae-Hoon and even Shin Kyu-jin burst into laughter, bringing smiles.
Previously Shin Jeong-hwan performed as Country Kkokko with Tak Jae-Hoon from 1998 to 2002. Then, in 2010, he was sentenced to prison for overseas gambling charges and went through a period of self-restraint amid public criticism.
Afterward Shin Jeong-hwan appeared with Tak Jae-Hoon on the 2017 Mnet variety show Project S: Devil's talent donation, where they worked together. Although the two had no public exchanges after that, recently news that Shin Jeong-hwan would appear on "Noppakku Tak Jae-Hoon" was reported and drew attention.
Originally the "Noppakku Tak Jae-Hoon" episode featuring Shin Jeong-hwan was scheduled to be released on Dec. 17 last year, but the production team said, "The Shin Jeong-hwan episode's upload date has changed due to advertising schedule adjustments. The exact upload schedule will be announced later." Amid this, expectations are rising as the reunion scene of Shin Jeong-hwan and Tak Jae-Hoon after eight years was finally previewed.
Meanwhile, the "Noppakku Tak Jae-Hoon" Shin Jeong-hwan episode will be released at 6 p.m. on the 14th.
