Actress Jennifer Garner spoke about her difficult divorce from Ben Affleck.
Jennifer Garner said in an interview with fashion magazine Marie Claire, published on the 7th (local time), that the hardest part of her divorce from Ben Affleck was "the family falling apart and losing a 'true partnership'."
She said, "Hearing rumors about myself, other people, and even my i-dle is of no help to me at all, so I don't look at those things," adding, "It's important to clearly know what you can and cannot handle. I couldn't handle the stories floating around outside. But what was really hard wasn't those things."
Garner continued, "The fact itself was hard. It was painful that the family actually fell apart, and it was hard to lose a true partnership and friendship."
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck ended their 10-year marriage in 2015, and their divorce was finalized in October 2018. The two have three children between them and are known to co-parent and maintain a good relationship.
Meanwhile, Ben Affleck married Jennifer Lopez, whom he reunited with in 2022 after his divorce from Jennifer Garner, but they divorced in 2024.
