Comedian Im Woo-il and actress Kyung Soo-jin shared follow-up stories about "Chef and the Hunter."
On the 8th, the press conference for Channel A's new entertainment program "Chef and the Hunter" was held online.
"Chef and the Hunter" is an extreme survival gourmet exploration show in which cast members complete the ultimate banquet using ingredients they hunted themselves in the harsh wild.
Star chef Edward Lee, who oversaw the APEC summit banquet, tough fighter Choo Sung Hoon, "variety show cheat key" Im Woo-il, former announcer Kim Dae-ho and other colorful personalities in the lineup raise expectations. Kyung Soo-jin will join as a special member at the show's first stop in Indonesia and is expected to bring new energy on site.
Im Woo-il said, "When we first met, I wondered if we could come together as one, but after more than two days I felt we became one. Each of us came to know what role we should play. When Kyung Soo-jin joined, she adapted quickly and knew what role she should play and did it. That part was so good. And the wild boar hunt is what I remember most."
Kyung Soo-jin will join as a special member at the show's first stop in Indonesia and is expected to bring new energy on site. Kyung Soo-jin said, "I thought my role was to assist Edward Lee, but once I joined there was a moment when it turned into being a hunter. I like fishing, so I caught the fish of my life this time. Now I only have to catch a marlin. I caught a shark, which is the stage before marlin, so please look forward to that performance."
Kyung Soo-jin quipped, "I also prepared breakfast as an assistant chef and prepared it for members who like Korean food. So I introduced myself as playing a role like red pepper powder. I ended up doing more work than expected and was able to participate in the press conference."
Channel A's new entertainment program "Chef and the Hunter" will premiere at 10 p.m. on the 8th.
