Actor Jung Ga-eun mentioned the identity theft case committed by her ex-husband and revealed how she felt at the time.

That day Jung Ga-eun said, "I entered Miss Korea at 25. Once I had the title, a lot of work came in. Around 26 or 27, I think I moved up to Seoul. When I moved up then I became a home shopping model. Then I did 'Rollercoaster,'" she confessed.
She said, "That program was incredibly fun. Back then I had a lot of work in my early 30s. So I had a lot of work, but my happiness index was low because I had no personal life. And I had a baby at 39. So that time was when my life graph was happiest," she confessed.
Then Jung Ga-eun said, "Seoyun fell sharply just one year after she was born. I chose divorce," revealing she decided to divorce two years into the marriage. Jung Ga-eun mentioned the identity theft case, saying, "Divorce was very difficult, but one to two years after the divorce something worse happened. I never imagined that person would do that in my name."
Hwang Shin-hye asked, "You found that out after the divorce?" and Jung Ga-eun explained, "Yes. So I urgently sued that person." Hwang Shin-hye empathized with the pain, saying, "That's really an unimaginable case," and Jang Yoon Jeong worried, "Divorce is hard enough, but if you keep getting damaged like that afterward..."
Meanwhile, Jung Ga-eun married a businessman of the same age in 2016 and gave birth to a daughter, but they divorced in 2018. It later emerged that her ex-husband had multiple fraud convictions before the marriage but hid them when he married Jung Ga-eun, and during the marriage he carried out a fraud scheme using bank accounts in Jung Ga-eun's name amounting to about 13.2 billion won. Jung Ga-eun then sued her ex-husband on fraud charges.
