The mystery thriller Bloody Flower, which is set to spark new controversies and buzz in 2026, released its much-anticipated teaser trailer ahead of its Disney+ debut on Wed., Feb. 4.
Bloody Flower is a mystery thriller that tells the story of the people surrounding a serial killer who has the ability to cure all incurable diseases.
The newly released teaser begins with Lee Woo-gyeom (Ryeoun), wearing scrubs in an operating room, saving someone. The scene shifts from treating a patient to footage of Lee Woo-gyeom, who is soon captured as a serial killer, heightening the tension. In scenes cutting between the detention center and the interrogation room, the motive for why a person with the ability to save lives committed murder gradually emerges.
In the middle of the trailer, Park Han-joon (Seong Dong Il), a lawyer who takes on Lee Woo-gyeom's defense to save his sick daughter, and prosecutor Cha I-yeon (Keum Sae-rok), who seeks to close the case with a death sentence, appear in succession, clearly presenting their respective choices and positions. The phrase "murder to save the world" accompanies medical demonstration scenes that attempt to prove the treatment for incurable diseases and confrontations inside and outside the courtroom, which are intercut in an intriguing way, and the trailer ends with Lee Woo-gyeom's portentous question, "Can you handle this?"
