Choo Shin-soo showed a special devotion to the club.
On the 7th, the YouTube channel 'HaWonmi HaWonmi' posted a video titled 'Thanks to Choo Shin-soo, I attended an awards ceremony.'
HaWonmi, who recently went on a hotel staycation with her daughter So-hee, boasted, "He upgraded my room because he said he watches my YouTube well."
When the production team marveled, "You receive so many benefits," Choo Shin-soo shot back, "Isn't the Chosun PalXX hotel in our group SSG? How much money have I spent there?"
Then HaWonmi replied, "He acts like he's the chairman of that group, but we really don't go to other coffee shops and only insist on Starbucks, and for department stores we only go to Shinsegae. But as far as I know, our chairman (Chung Yong-jin) also goes to other department stores," drawing laughter.
Choo Shin-soo said firmly, "There must have been a reason for that," and added, "We have no reason to go elsewhere." Hearing this, the production team said, "The club owner will be very pleased," and Choo Shin-soo revealed his special affection, saying, "But rather than making someone happy, that's just how I feel."
He added, "If possible, I really would rather not if there's no Starbucks nearby, but if there's even a little, I'll go. There are more other supermarkets in front of our house. But we deliberately drive 10–15 minutes more to go to Emart."
