The group EXO (EXO, affiliated with SME) returns with an "SMP (SM Music Performance) style" performance.
EXO's title track from their eighth full-length album, "Crown" (Crown), to be released on the 19th, is a hard dance song that breaks genre boundaries by blending Atlanta trap drums, heavy metal guitar and EDM synths, likening a precious person to a "crown" that many desire, with lyrics that are impressive for saying they will stake everything and protect it to the end.
In particular, the title track "Crown" performance is staged with eight dancers, and not only are the symbols within EXO's universe realized three-dimensionally, but fans can also see a signature move in which the members each seize a crown and as if place it on their heads in accordance with the lyrics.
Furthermore, this performance was co-produced choreographically by Jrick and Badari and centers on powerful group choreography, showing EXO's presence as they return as one team while also vividly expressing each member's individuality, which is expected to capture attention.
Previously, EXO hinted at the year-end fan meeting that the title track would be "SMP style," and after previewing the track "Back It Up" (Back It Up), whose intense choreography stood out at "MMA 2025," they received a good response, further heightening anticipation for the "Crown" performance.
EXO's eighth full-length album, "REVERXE" (REVERXE), contains a total of nine tracks, and all tracks will be released on various music sites at 6 p.m. on the 19th.
