Comprehensive entertainment company DSP Media Co. has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Indistal Co., Ltd., which operates the premium influencer platform "Indistal Play."
This agreement was promoted to combine the technological capabilities of both companies to expand collaboration between creators in the multichannel era and artists of entertainment companies. Under the agreement, DSP Media Co. will use "Indistal Play" as the official partner platform for major events such as concerts, fan meetings and showcases of its artists to expand fandoms and enhance brand value.
A DSP Media Co. representative said DSP Media Co. aims to be a comprehensive cultural content company that brings laughter, emotion and hope to the public, and noted that the company expects the strong artist IP it holds and Indistal's platform technology to create a differentiated synergy not seen in the existing entertainment industry.
Meanwhile, DSP Media Co. recently expanded its activities into various fields, advancing into a leading comprehensive entertainment company in Korea by extending beyond album planning and production and talent management to album distribution, including OST production.<
