On the afternoon of the 6th, Park Seul-gi posted a photo of a newspaper article about the late Ahn Sung-ki on her social media, expressing her condolences.
She recalled her interview with the late Ahn Sung-ki, saying, "I cannot forget the warmth of the teacher who treated me kindly during the one-on-one interview. At that time I was very young and weak, but seeing the teacher give his all in the interview made me believe "I am doing well.""
She continued, "With the strength I received then, I still live diligently. It was an honor," and added, "Rest in peace, teacher." Recalling her interview with the late Ahn Sung-ki, Park Seul-gi conveyed her heartfelt condolences.
The late Ahn Sung-ki passed away on the morning of the 5th at 9 a.m. while receiving treatment in the intensive care unit at Soonchunhyang University Hospital in Yongsan District, Seoul, with family at his side. He was 74.
The wake was set up in Room 31 of the Seoul St. Mary's Hospital funeral hall, and the funeral will be held as a "film industry funeral" for five days. The funeral procession is scheduled for 6 a.m. on the 9th, and the burial site is Yangpyeong Byeolgeurida.
