'The Return of SUPERMAN' (directed by Kim Young-min, hereafter "The Return of SUPERMAN") has been loved by the public for 12 years since it first aired in 2013. Following Eun-woo in 2023, in the 2nd and 3rd weeks of June 2025 in the TV-OTT non-drama category for cast topicality, 'The Return of SUPERMAN' Jung-woo ranked in the top 10 for two consecutive weeks, proving they are the youngest and most talked-about sibling pair, and in the 2nd week of August 2025 in the same category, 'The Return of SUPERMAN' Haru and Shim Hyungtak simultaneously entered the top 10, demonstrating viewers' strong interest. The 603rd episode of "The Return of SUPERMAN," airing Wednesday the 7th, is titled "like a dream, being with you" and features MC Kim Jongmin and Lalali. The fan meeting for "The Return of SUPERMAN," held on Dec. 12 last year, was the first-ever fan meeting in the show's history, attended by die-hard fans who have supported and cheered for the show for 12 years, with Kim Jun-Ho, Eun-woo and Jung-woo; Jang Dong-min, Ji-woo and Si-woo; and Shim Hyungtak and Haru participating, adding meaning. A pop-up space was also operated with photo zones reflecting each family's characteristics and a gacha zone where fans could get limited-edition goods, bringing joy to fans, and the first-ever fan meeting scene of "The Return of SUPERMAN" will be revealed on the broadcast to soothe fans who could not attend.
In particular, the fan meeting attracted not only fans from all over the country who came to see the "Woo brothers" Eun-woo and Jung-woo, the "Juju siblings" Ji-woo and Si-woo, and Haru, but also fans of various nationalities. A Vietnamese fan said, "I flew six hours from Vietnam," and fans from the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Japan, among others, gathered in one place, creating amazement.
A total of 2,373 entries from die-hard fans were submitted to participate in the "The Return of SUPERMAN" fan meeting, drawing attention. A fan of Eun-woo and Jung-woo said, "I have been battling cancer for nine years," and added, "Watching Eun-woo and Jung-woo gives me bright energy and makes me feel healthier, and finding laughter has been a great help in fighting cancer," evoking emotion. A mother-daughter fan who follows Shim Hyungtak and also supports Haru even appeared, making Shim Hyungtak beam.
Eun-woo and Jung-woo, Ji-woo and Si-woo, and Haru create happy memories with fans through personal tricks that make fans' hearts flutter, fighting expressions and crawling skills, showing unprecedented cuteness. Jang Dong-min said of the meeting between die-hard fans who have supported "The Return of SUPERMAN" for 12 years and the children, "It was even more meaningful because I could feel how many people love and support the children," and added, "I am always grateful to the fans who support the children," conveying sincere feelings, according to reports.
