"Project Y" behind-the-scenes video has been released.
On the 6th, the film "Project Y" (director Lee Hwan, provided by Plus M Entertainment·Pencher Invest, distributed by Plus M Entertainment, planned by WOWPOINT·Climax Studio, produced by Climax Studio·WOWPOINT, co-produced by Plus M Entertainment) released a making-of video, raising expectations.
Project Y, a stylish crime-entertaining movie that will open the door to 2026, is a film about Miseon and Dokyung, who dreamed of a different tomorrow while living in the middle of a glamorous city, stealing black money and gold bullion at the edge of their lives and what happens afterward.
The newly released making-of video, titled "Curious story 'Project WHY'," contains stories about the film's beginning and overall production as well as vivid making-of footage from the set. The film "Project Y" introduced by Han Sohee and Jeon Jong-seo, the characters, and director Lee Hwan's directing intentions and other colorful behind-the-scenes details draw the attention of audiences who have been waiting for "Project Y".
Also, viewers can look forward to meeting various sides of the actors, including Jung Young-ju, who shaved her head for "Project Y," Han Sohee and Jeon Jong-seo digging up soil with their bare hands, Kim Shin-rock and Kim Sung-Cheol approaching filming with serious attitudes, and Lee Jae Kyoon and Yoo Ah revealing charms different from their film personas.
Director Lee Hwan said in the making-of video, "In the end, I wanted to portray each character's choices, desires and conflicts in an entertaining and fast-paced way," and asked audiences to enjoy the film enthusiastically in line with its brisk pace. It opens in theaters on the 21st.
