TEEN TOP member Changjo directly announced his public relationship with rapper and entrepreneur Casper, who is two years his senior, announcing the birth of the first official couple of 2026.
On the 4th, Changjo wrote on his personal social media, "Some of you may already know, and others may be surprised to learn, but I am in a relationship," revealing the relationship in a calm yet cautious tone. He explained the reason he decided to confess, saying, "Whether it's good news or a sensitive matter, whenever a meaningful change happens in my life I have always wanted to tell you."
Changjo emphasized that he did not want to deliver the news lightly. He said, "I didn't want to speak about this casually, and I wanted to calmly tell you after my feelings and situation were a bit more settled," showing consideration and responsibility toward fans. He then described his partner as "a grateful person who, while I've been active, has positively changed my lacking sides and supported me during many emotionally and mentally unstable moments," expressing deep affection without hiding it.
He also said, "I'm really sorry for surprising you and for not telling you sooner out of fear," and added, "Thank you for reading my awkward writing. I hope everyone stays healthy and full of happiness in 2026," conveying a sincere message to fans. The passage that combined gratitude and apology to fans along with the public declaration of the relationship was striking.
The partner Casper also supported the public relationship by sharing photos on social media and tagging Changjo's account, naturally showing affection. Casper was born in 1993, gained recognition as a rapper by appearing on Mnet's Unpretty Rapstar 2 and the Show Me the Money series, and has expanded his activities into the beauty brand business. He has stated that annual sales exceed 10 billion won. He is a figure who has consistently attracted attention for moving between music and business.
Changjo, born in 1995, debuted with TEEN TOP in 2010 and was loved for many hit songs such as "Clap," "No More Perfume On You," and "Her Long Straight Hair." He enlisted as an active-duty soldier in the army in November 2023 and was discharged after completing his service in May last year, and recently has continued to meet fans through concert stages. On Dec. 31 last year he successfully completed a TEEN TOP group concert, and in March he plans to continue concerts overseas with the members.
