EXO (EXO, SME) once again puts on a "crown" and declares an unmistakable "return of the king" in 2026.
EXO's eighth studio album "REVERXE" (Reverse) will release its tracks on various music sites at 6 p.m. on Jan. 19, and includes a total of nine songs, from the title track "Crown" to the winter song "I'm Home" and the intense performance track "Back It Up".
The title track "Crown" is a hard dance song that boldly breaks genre boundaries by blending Atlanta trap drums, heavy metal guitar and EDM synths, and the siren effects and the members' powerful vocals build dramatic tension.
In particular, the lyrics liken a cherished person to a crown that many desire, expressing a vow to stake everything and protect them to the end, allowing listeners to encounter both EXO's confidence and longing as they return after a long time.
Since debuting in 2012, EXO has amassed numerous hits such as "Growl," "CALL ME BABY," "LOVE ME RIGHT," "Monster," "Tempo" and "Love Shot," and has received explosive love from music fans worldwide, so anticipation for the new song "Crown" is rising.
Meanwhile, EXO's eighth studio album "REVERXE" will also be released as a physical album on Jan. 19, and preorders are currently available at various online and offline record stores.
