According to the U.S. business magazine Forbes, Close Your Eyes (Jeon Minwook, Majingxiang, Jang Yeo-jun, Kim Seongmin, Song Seungho, Kenshin, Seo Kyungbae) made the list of "2025 the most acclaimed K-pop (The Most Acclaimed K-Pop Of 2025)".
Forbes named Close Your Eyes as one of the "most consistently ranked K-pop artists (Most Consistently Ranked K-Pop Artists)," mentioning their debut album "Eternalt (ETERNALT)" and mini album 3 "blackout (blackout)," and it also focused attention on their songs "nae ane modeun siwa soseol eun," "Snowy Summer," "Paint Candy," "Mot bon cheok," and "X."
Close Your Eyes was also mentioned again in the "more critically acclaimed K-pop albums of 2025" list for their debut album "Eternalt," further demonstrating their solid musical capabilities and living up to being "2025 best rookies."
Earlier, "Eternalt" was chosen by the U.S. music outlet Billboard as one of "the 25 best K-pop albums of 2025: staff picks (THE 25 BEST K-POP ALBUMS OF 2025: STAFF PICKS)," earning praise as a "new successor of K-pop." It was also named Billboard Korea's "K-pop rookie" in the December 2025 issue, among other recognitions, showing Billboard's continued interest and proving their unlimited potential.
In addition, the U.S. magazine TeenVogue included "Snowy Summer," one of the double title tracks from their mini album 2, in its "15 best K-pop music videos of 2025 (15 Best K-pop Music Videos of 2025)," and the U.K. magazine Dazed selected "X," one of the double title tracks from their mini album 3, for its "the 30 best K-pop tracks of 2025 (The 30 best K-pop tracks of 2025)."
Close Your Eyes has consistently appeared on major foreign media lists related to K-pop, showing that their musicality is attracting global attention. After securing a solid global fandom with an unstoppable rise in their debut year both at home and abroad, there is great anticipation about what new stages and charms they will show this year.
Meanwhile, Close Your Eyes is scheduled to perform at the 40th Golden Disc Awards held at Taipei Dome on the 10th, where they are expected to deliver a spectacular stage.
They will then open their debut solo concert tour "Beyond Your Eyes (BEYOND YOUR EYES)" in Seoul on the 31st and Feb. 1. Afterwards, they will tour Tokyo on Feb. 10 and 11, Nagoya on the 13th, and Osaka on the 15th to meet global fans.
