On the 5th, Brandnew Music Co. announced the establishment of the K-pop–specialized sublabel Para Music.
The establishment of Para Music is the result of Brandnew Music Co.'s years of accumulated K-pop know-how and aims not only to intensively cultivate global K-pop artists but also to promote artists' systematic and independent activities.
In particular, Para Music will be led by Brandnew Music Co. director Nam Seowoo, who expanded the management scope of numerous artists while serving at BigHit Entertainment and Brandnew Music Co.
Para Music's first artist has been confirmed as YOUNITE. Since debuting in 2022, YOUNITE has been recognized as a talented group through vibrant music and performances and has built a distinctive position in the K-pop scene with a steady upward trajectory; through Para Music, they will embark on a new leap.
Meanwhile, Brandnew Music Co. plans to fully support Para Music so that, through professional and systematic business expansion, it can solidify its position in the global K-pop industry market.<
