Girl group H1-KEY delivers a warm message with their new song.
H1-KEY (Seoi, Riina, Hwisa, Yel) on the 4th at 12 a.m. released a music video teaser for their new single "The world is not like the movies" on their official YouTube channel.
In the video, H1-KEY created a warm atmosphere as they talked about their New Year wishes in narration. The members, with voices full of happiness, said wishes such as "to become rich," "to travel with the members," "to feel happiness in small things," and "for all the members' wishes to come true."
Along with this, scenes showed H1-KEY spending time in different spaces. Seoi, Riina, Hwisa and Yel each offered a cozy winter mood against the backdrop of their individually warmly decorated rooms. Props such as notebooks, camcorders and earphones appeared, making viewers even more curious about the full music video.
"The world is not like the movies" is a track that blends H1-KEY's emotional vocals with the seasonal feel of winter. H1-KEY re-collaborated with producer Siu (SIU), who worked on the group's previous mini album 4 "Lovestruck" title track "It was summer" and the included songs "Good for U" and "One, Two, Three, Four," completing a "reliably listenable" seasonal song.
H1-KEY performed the new song stage in advance on the "2026 countdown show Light Now (LIGHT NOW)" and heightened comeback excitement by previewing a music video carrying a positive message. Expectations are focused on an H1-KEY-style winter song that will offer special comfort for the New Year.
H1-KEY's new song "The world is not like the movies" and its music video will be released on various online music sites on the 5th at 6 p.m.
