Nam Ji-hyun and Moon Sang Min's sweet thief-chasing begins.
Episode 2 of the KBS2 weekend miniseries To My Beloved Thief (written by Lee Seon, directed by Ham Young-gul, produced by Studio Dragon), which airs on the 4th, shows Prince Dowol Yi-yeol (Moon Sang Min) relentlessly pursuing Hong Eun-jo (Nam Ji-hyun) day and night.
The relationship between Hong Eun-jo and Yi-yeol was unusual from the start. Rumors of Hong Eun-jo, who caused a stir in the capital acting as the thief Gil-dong, reached Yi-yeol, who helps magistrates at the police office solve cases, and the two naturally became entangled in a chase-and-pursuit relationship.
A personal connection also formed between the two. After their first meeting, when they faced each other dressed as a yangban family's maiden and as a slave and misunderstood each other's status, their second meeting featured a sudden incident in which Hong Eun-jo abruptly stole Yi-yeol's lips and ran away.
As a result, Hong Eun-jo has become a charming great thief who not only stole the granaries of corrupt officials but also the prince's lips. Amid questions about whether Hong Eun-jo can remain safe through the successive incidents, released photos draw attention by showing circumstances in which Hong Eun-jo, after her alter ego Gil-dong, has become wanted in her main identity as well.
Yi-yeol, whose lips were stolen, reveals his determination to pursue her with a resolute expression, and the escort warrior Dae-chu (Lee Seung-woo), who stays by Yi-yeol's side, holds a paper with Hong Eun-jo's image and searches for her whereabouts with a serious face.
Above all, even if the thief Gil-dong in a butcher's disguise is unknown, the lip thief Hong Eun-jo, whose face has been fully revealed, is highly likely to be caught. Attention is focused on how Hong Eun-jo will overcome this crisis.
Episode 2 of the new KBS2 weekend miniseries To My Beloved Thief, in which the sweet thief-chasing will unfold day and night, airs at 9:20 p.m. on the 4th.
