'2 Days & 1 Night' members reveal their New Year's resolutions.
On the April 4 broadcast, the KBS 2TV entertainment program '2 Days & 1 Night season 4' (hereafter '2 Days & 1 Night') will feature the first story of the members' "2026 New Year's resolution manipulation team" as they travel to Chuncheon, Gangwon Province.
On the day, the '2 Days & 1 Night' team reveals each member's New Year's plans before the trip officially begins. First, Kim Jongmin says, "I'm definitely going for a baby first. Don't mess with me," expressing a firm plan for a second generation. The members also cheer on the eldest's plan for a second child, saying, "Jongmin hyung has been taking care of his body diligently since he got married."
Father of two Moon Seyoon also surprises the members by mentioning the possibility of having a child after 12 years. Moon Seyoon cautiously confesses that he has thoughts about a third child, saying, "You never know. I've left the possibility open. I miss the days when a child would hold my hand and toddle."
Because it is the first trip of the new year as of the broadcast date, the production team prepared a spinning wheel labeled "2026 New Year's resolutions," leaving the '2 Days & 1 Night' team bewildered. The wheel listed the production team's harsher-than-before New Year's plans, from "extreme wilderness uninhabited island" to "extreme cold challenge," "open-sea fishing," and "24-hour nonstop no-sleep," and the members could not hide their astonishment when they saw it.
In addition, a mission manipulation incident by '2 Days & 1 Night' members, which chilled the atmosphere on set in an instant, also broke out. Ultimately, the production team held an emergency meeting and launched an investigation into the wrongdoing, and one member's candid confession reportedly revealed the whole truth behind the incident.
The '2 Days & 1 Night' members' first trip of the new year can be seen on '2 Days & 1 Night season 4,' which airs at 6:10 p.m. on April 4.
