Jung Ho-young confessed to the nerves he felt during the Black vs. White contest and his emotions when he was later admitted.
On the afternoon of the 3rd, the 'Chef Anh Sung-jae Chef Sung Anh' channel presented a review of 'Culinary Class Wars 2' with the three White Spoon chefs Lim Seong-geun, Jung Ho-young and Sam Kim under the title "The many behind-the-scenes stories of the White Spoon chefs ?澍㈎督윱求?"
Earlier, in the 'Black vs. White 1-on-1' cooking battle, Jung Ho-young made 'jawanmushi' using monkfish liver and flesh. The judges called such a fierce match that they twice gave a 1-on-1 tie, and a Black Spoon Seoul mom won.
Judge Anh Sung-jae asked, "How did you feel when you were eliminated?" and Jung Ho-young said, "Because no one at the restaurant knew me, I brought the rack and unpacked my things alone and thought, 'Should I smash this?' I also thought that. That monkfish rack cost 100,000 won. I wanted to use it once more, so I was disappointed to be eliminated," he said.
After advancing to the next round by additional admission, Jung Ho-young said, "I was so happy to get back in," and Anh Sung-jae laughed, "I took the rack out again and wiped it down." Jung Ho-young also replied, "I wiped the rack once more, then took out cookbooks one by one and studied. I realized I had to prepare."
Anh Sung-jae expressed admiration, saying, "I'm surprised you said you opened a book after receiving the additional admission call. In fact, many chefs don't succeed. Even outside of survival shows, there are days that are really bleak, and taking out a book then to prepare for the next thing is admirable."
