On Sunday, the 4th, episode 6 of MBC's Extreme84 (directed by Park Soo-bin · Kim Ki-ho · Jung Ji-woon) will reveal a new crew member joining the extreme crew ahead of the final challenge, the Arctic Marathon.
In this episode, Kian84 welcomes a new crew member to tackle the most difficult Arctic course together and begins full-fledged competition preparations. The new crew member is a person with a passionate running routine who routinely covers 15–20 km a day, and stands out as a "crew leader sniper" who never misses a single slip of the crew leader Kian84, hinting at an unusual chemistry with Kian84 and Kwon Hwa Woon and raising curiosity about what changes they will bring to the extreme crew.
Also, the new crew member who started running because of Kian84 shares an episode that became a turning point in improving their ability, revealing a story of having been abandoned by Kian84 and Kwon Hwa Woon and candidly disclosing even his wife's extreme training methods, adding to the anticipation.
Meanwhile, Kian84 expressed concern that the new crew member's first marathon being the Arctic is like "the first test being the hardest exam." On the other hand, the new crew member reportedly showed a quirky fear of 'polar bears,' which drew laughter.
