On the 3rd episode of MBN "Kim Joo-ha's Day and Night," Lee Ji-hyun and Jung Ga-eun appeared. Kim Joo-ha applauded, saying, "The two women we have with us today are two women who are opening a new life with a new resolution."
Kim Joo-ha empathized and asked, "Was the divorce process difficult?" Lee Ji-hyun joked, "But I've been divorced twice. When was that?" then said, "The second time we didn't live together. Even just signing the papers makes it happen," adding, "In fact, we all have experienced divorce, but to undo that you have to go through tremendous stress and legal litigation."
In response, Jung Ga-eun answered, "I got divorced in 2018. Nowadays there's a bit more openness about divorce, but back then it was different. If that came out in the news it felt like my life would be over. But I had to raise my child and earn money through broadcasting activities, so I was really terrified of a divorce article coming out."
Jung Ga-eun continued, "My mother doesn't ask me directly but asks my friends. She asks if I'm seeing anyone. My daughter also hoped for a father. I'm a bit open-minded," she said shyly. Then Kim Joo-ha said, "Haven't you been hurt enough yet?" and Lee Ji-hyun shook her head and laughed, saying, "You haven't been hurt enough yet."
