Actress Soyoujin showcased plating for home-cooked New Year meals with skill comparable to fine dining.
On the 1st, as the new year of Byeong-o began, Soyoujin posted a photo proving an outing for beef as a "new year family meal," then wrote, 2026 new year's first-day morning rice cake soup, I don't want to get a year older but delicious rice cake soup makes the i-dle eat two bowls each, if you have a beef-bone soup base then making rice cake soup is nothing ^^."
She continued, "Lately we've been eating out too much, so when I made pasta at home in pretty dishes they said it felt like being at a nice restaurant ♡," and she also presented mom-made pasta.
In the released photos, Soyoujin is shown making and eating pasta at home with her family to welcome the new year. In particular, Soyoujin matched the concept with white dishes on a neat and modern table and completed glamorous, pretty plating that could appear in a photo shoot, drawing admiration.
Meanwhile, Soyoujin married culinary researcher and entrepreneur Paik Jong-won in 2013 and has three children. In the KBS2 drama Villains Everywhere, which ended in April last year, she gave a passionate performance as culinary researcher Oh Yujin. Paik Jong-won is currently serving as a judge on the Netflix popular variety show Culinary Class Wars 2 and is ranked number one globally.<
