Comedian Hong Hyun-hee denied allegations of using Wegovy and Mounjaro.
On Dec. 2 a video titled "Angry Hyun-hee" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Hong Hyun-hee Jasson's Hongsseun TV'.
One morning the couple Hong Hyun-hee and Jasson visited Achasan. At that time Jasson hinted, "She is upset right now. Hyun-hee is very upset."
Hong Hyun-hee, mentioning comments alleging she had received Wegovy and Mounjaro shots, angrily said, "This is the result of me really working hard to get healthy right now."
Eventually shouting, Hong Hyun-hee replied, "This is the first time I have felt a sense of achievement in my life, and of course I appreciate the supportive comments. But what can I say, I'm seriously upset right now, and I didn't lose weight to show those people anything or to manage my health for them."
Regarding the allegations about Wegovy and Mounjaro, Hong Hyun-hee said, "That was the last straw. In fact, after I lost weight I was asked to be a diet model, to model products. But I refused all of them. Why? I didn't lose weight by taking that; I lost it with my own routine. I have failed before. I had too much work, and it was hard to include all of that, so I just posted it like that," expressing her grievance.
Then, when a reality check hit him he said, "This is petty," and Jasson chimed in, "Wegovy and Mounjaro aren't illegal, honestly. If I had taken them, I would have said so. A lot of people are taking them these days, so no," supporting her.
Hong Hyun-hee shouted, "If I shamelessly say I did it for my child and got healthy for them, honestly the reason I've been loved until now has been my sincerity," and added, "This is something I did after failing for a year and then correcting my eating habits."
She then said, "That's enough, you can watch me until I'm 80. If it were a drug you'd probably experience rebound in the middle. But my eating habits are what matter now! I'm more upset than angry," and tried to calm her inner anger with a singing bowl.
Meanwhile, last year Hong Hyun-hee surprised people by reporting that she lost 10 kg in seven weeks in October. Since then she has been steadily managing her figure and revealed that her weight-loss secret was intermittent fasting.
